Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return here - https://account.strvactive.com.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• No marks or stains
• No smells of smoke 
• In the original packaging with STRV tags and labels attached and untampered
  
• No pet hair
  
• Items from different orders must be returned separately.  

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Request a return authorization
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return
4. Ship the item back to us with shipping label provided  

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
